The primary reason to install gutters on your home is to prevent water from eroding the foundation of your house and/or causing your basement to leak. In fact, we see newly built homes begin leaking within ten years of being built. However, even if you don’t have a basement, your house will still suffer from damage to the foundation.
The gutters we install are 5″ wide, which is typical for most homes. They are also seamless, meaning we run them out of a machine to custom fit them to your home. They are made out of .032 gauge aluminum, which is the industry standard for Minnesota. This thickness allows the gutters to better hold their shape when filled with ice during the Winter months.

None. Only required if gutters begin filling with leaves and debris, even if gutter guards are installed.
Our Suppliers
The two suppliers of aluminum we use are Mastic Plygem® from Lansing® and Arrowhead Products from EDCO®. These suppliers offer 25-year and 35-year warranties for their products, respectively.
