My name is Camden, owner of American Exteriors, Inc. I (and you as well I imagine) have had my fair share of working for companies where hard work is overlooked and good people are undervalued.
That is not what we are here to do.
My priority as the leader of our company is to find out how I can better serve my employees. Rather than the typical top-down business, I put myself at the bottom of our company so that I can better lift my team members up and give them everything they need to succeed.
Because of this, the people we do employ are loyal and hard-working. Not because of pressure from the top-down, but because of respect from the bottom up.
